Automatic refunds

If a publisher declines your order or does not respond within 72 hours, you are refunded in full automatically.

You may cancel an accepted order before the link is submitted; a refund is issued less any writing work already delivered.

Published orders are not refundable unless the post is removed or does not match the order. Open a support ticket within 30 days.

Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after approval.
